You do not possess an inkling of the meaning of the word debate, much less an understanding of its principles.

What you do is try to lecture people with chest thumping nonsense, and condescending garbage.

Hence the reason why you are subjected to much deserved abuse.

Actually I'm not subject to much abuse at all ,only from Mendoza and yourself, and as I said previously , abuse from the likes of you I take as a compliment.

I wasn't talking big punchers I was talking big physical strong contenders like bonnavena and chuvalo. Frazier fought them.

Besides, whilst you are corect Frazier did not fight either of those chaps he did fight Quarry who hit hard enough to knockout Foster and shavers which kind of bypassed a need for Frazier to fight them in any case. Perhaps you have dates when Frazier was suposed to fight Norton Liston or Lyle within his prime? I am not sure they were ever that relevent to Fraziers championship or a route to a later title shot.

Their friendship aside, was it ever worth Frazier fighting Norton after Foreman knocked him out? Lyle? He also lost to quarry. When was Frazier suposed to fight Lyle?

Frazier fought punchers, rated punchers, and he fought strong men bigger than he was who were also rated.

    Good catch:good

It still might not represent how Liston gets on with a big strong elite fighter who will push him all the way since zora (and Patterson for that matter) outboxed those two using science over brawn.

I don`t know that Sonny could do it in the same fashion that George Foreman did but I think Liston gets to Joe early enough to blunt his offense. That power jab with vicious uppercuts behind it not to mention his own atomic lefthook. Liston was a finisher.

    Sonny Liston TKO 6

Frazier fought ONE TOP DRAWER PUNCHER and got used as a human yo yo TWICE.

Which strong, bigger ,rated men did he beat ,apart from Ali who beat him twice in returns?

His record in five fights against two ATG's would suggest so.

Bonnavena and Chuvalo were bigger strong men and rated when Frazier beat them. Buster Mathis was not a mauler, but he was huge.

Ron Stander was not rated, but he was very strong and he knocked out shavers.

And how many ATG champions did Liston meet? I think it's pretty equal.
Henry Cooper wrote that the most overrated champion of the 1960s as being Sonny Liston. He also had Frazier down as being the most under rated champion of the 1960s.

Buster was fat , unrated and untested ,he had beaten no one of note. His career best win is over a 32 years old Chuvalo who himself was only a fringe contender. I don't think Chuvalo was rated in 67, when he fought Frazier, but I might be wrong.Stander had no business anywhere near a heavyweight title fight ,that and the Daniels defence demeaned Fraziers reign imo.

Liston had the misfortune to meet arguably the greatest heavyweight of all time in his second defence, when he himself was past his best and severely lacking in ring rounds . Frazier has ONE great win ,Liston has several very good ones.

That's pretty funny being that Jim Wicks would not even let Henry in the same room as Liston, let alone the same ring. Liston twice blitzed Patterson who ko'd Cooper with one shot. Both Liston and Frazier would walk through Cooper.
