LOL, these hate threads are so lame.

Pac never had a chance against Money. If he walked into that right from JMM, just think what would happen against May.

I would have loved to see Paul Williams get a shot at Floyd but realistically people need to stop bringing him up in these threads. Williams won a belt vs Margarito in June or July 07. Mayweather fought Hatton that December. Williams then lost to Quintana in February 08. Mayweather retired June 08. Williams KO'd Quintana in their July 08 rematch. Williams next 2 fights in 08 were at 160 then 154. 09 he fought winky in April and Sergio in December both at 160. The Sergio fight after twice having Pavlik pull out of fights with him for October and December (when Pavlik was the man at 160). The following year Cintron at 154 and Sergio rematch at 160. When exactly should Floyd have fought him?

And the other thing, if you say Floyd ducked him why do Mosley, Cotto, Pacquaio etc all get a pass for also ducking him in that timeline? He was calling out everyone and I specifically remember Mosley's exact words were he wouldn't look good in a fight with Williams.

He ko'd hatton at 147... and he ko'd ortiz at 147 if we discount the ortiz ko he still has 1 ko at 147... manny has 0 (1 if we count the de la hoya retirement, but it still proves my point he doesn't have ko power at 147)

Why would floyd fold yet no other fighters at 147 seem to fold :S

    pee ? whos pee?

lol has to be thrown in there for how hilarious i find your stupidity and how bias you are lol. Accept floyds a great fighter, mannys a great fighter too. May the best man win if they meet, i think floyd would win, you think manny would win. Just grow up with your responses and stop talking like a little child going on about special shakes and paying usada extra and pedjr and all this stupid stuff.

To me, there's only two really glaring omissions from Mayweather's CV, or two glaring fights which he SHOULD have taken, without any excuses or equivocation.

An unbeaten, young Cotto in 2008 (when he scurried off in to 'retirement' for a little while) and, of course, Pacquiao in 2010. Even then, if he'd taken the latter, I could easily forgive and forget the former.

Can't be bothered to go too far in to detail, but the likes of Margarito in 2006 / 2007, Williams a few years later, Winky as far back as 2005 / 2006 etc were really just 'could have maybe happened' deals. They were never THE single fights which made the most sense or were most in demand for Mayweather and if Floyd hadn't avoided those two big fights I mentioned up top, then I'm convinced we'd have a lot fewer smart arses rewriting history and trying to claim that all of the above were blatant ducks by Money May.
