how is 3GGG that much better than Kelly Pavlik?

    I Think Pavlik hit harder and was much bigger, and if it weren't for a pedestrian trainer and alcoholism Kelley Pavlik would have done a lot

    be that as it may head to head I really believe the Pavlik that beat Taylor, Miranda, Zertuche, would beat GGG.

    I Don't think GGG even has the wins or resume that a 26 yr old Pavlik had.

    Learn about boxing. Study it carefully, grasshopper. Then watch them both box. You'll figure it out for yourself.

    Otherwise, he has very good points and a very valid argument.

    Actually, at this stage of his career GGG has not yet faced the level of competition that Kelly had.
    Pavlik - Taylor exceeds anything that GGG has yet accomplished. :yep

    While I think GGG may be better than Pavlik, I'd agree that Pavlik's resume shits on Gennadyi's.

    GGG has much better technique, footwork, and coordination.
    His jab is also superior and he knows how to cut the ring off.

    If Pavlik hadnt self destructed we would have found out in the ring... Pavlik isnt that old. Damn shame too, I like Pavlik, was a fan.

    A healthy Pavlik would make short work of GGG. :yep

    Too bad he self destructed, but he did and that's why people like GGG can succeed in being hyped.

    thank you my point is for all the hoopla about GGG I THINK A PRIME PAVLIK RIPS HIM A NEW ASS.

    THEY BOTH ARE PUNCHERS WHO COME FOWARD AND HAVE TROUBLE WITH MOVERS AND HAVE SHAKY DEFENSE HOWEVER PAVLIK RUINED TAYLOR AND IS BIG AND LONG ENOUGH TO CUT THE RING OFF AND REACH A MOVER GGG IS SMALLER THINNER BUT HAS A BIT OF FOOTWORK , HEAD TO HEAD A PRIME PAVILK WOULD BE ALL GGG COUD HANDLE

    Pavlik has better resume, but not too sure I agree with your H2H assessment. I think thats a fight that would have needed to happen. Pavlik/Golovkin is the type of fight I think most fans wish they could see more often.
