Cotto and de la Hoya aren't "converted orthodox" - whatever the hell that is supposed to mean...

    :deal

The rabid foaming @ the mouth Mayweather haters really need to stop propagating this foolishness. Cotto was *never* in the fight and it can be argued that Shane only won *one* round.

He means they are left handed but fight orthodox, which as far as i'm aware is true.

I understand that Cotto and de la Hoya are left handed but that doesn't make them "converted orthodox" - whatever the hell that is supposed to mean...

It's a rare achievement and Pacquiao is a special fighter, no doubt. However I'm sure someone will do it again at some point.

Even Chavez jr has boxed through around seven or eight divisions; not that I'd compare him to Pacquiao or any of the other great fighters, but it shows it can be done.

Theres difference between being scared and concerned... pacquiaos a great fghter and i'm sure behind the scenes floyd would admit that. You have to question how he jumped weights so quickly yet never gained any fat + kept his speed.. it's an usnusual thing. That's not to say he took peds, it's just unusual and a very rare thing to happen.. again i see no problem at all in athletes taking drug tests. Why manny said no still baffles me.

I have Manny 3rd right now.

I haven't met anyone who thought the fight was a draw, much less a win for Bradley. I don't think he won more than 3-4 rounds in that fight.

And while I'm a bigger fan of JMM than I am of Pac, it was clear to me that Pacman was about to stop JMM but just got careless and was hit with a picture perfect counterpunch he didn't see coming by one of the best counterpunchers in the business. Regardless of how close the first 3 fights were, Pac still does have a 3-1 record on JMM (personally I think it's 2-2.) But in that last fight, it looked like Pacman was maybe a round away from getting the stoppage- he was really battering JMM those last 2 rounds.

And he looked like his regular self against Rios who was nothing more than a stepping stone and a perfect style for Pac to start his comeback.

So essentially the guy has beat a ton of top tier guys/HOF'ers in the last 10 years and got 1 loss from the KO by Marquez. He definitely beat Bradley, so regardless of what people think of him he's still on one of the most dominant runs I can ever remember a fighter having, especially given the level of competition he's fought.

I can't place Bradley over Pacman in the rankings. Pacman has a much more decorated resume and while Bradley owns a legitimate win over a 40 year old Marquez, he surely doesn't have a legitimate win over Pacman. I have Timmy 4th in my ranks.

@ElCyclon^^I've watched the fight several times. Pacman was about to finish him off. JMM was getting battered around the ring in the 5th and 6th, he kept looking to land that overhand right which he had great success with earlier in round 3 that put Pacman on his ass.

Listen I'm a huge JMM fan, but everytime I watch that fight it doesn't change my perception of what was happening, Pacman took clear control by the 5th round and he was getting to Marquez.

Now I don't think JMM landed a "lucky" punch or anything. He's a terrific counterpuncher and I noticed he was looking for that counter right since round 2 and up until he put Pacman to sleep. I was so happy for him, it was by far the biggest achievement in his career.
