Is Kell Brook a duck?

He's terrified to lose that 0. His business plan all along was to feast on bums, stay undefeated and eventually force a big domestic payday against Khan. He's beaten noone to deserve that payday, glad Khan aint giving it to him

He should have the bottle to go to America and take the big fights, earn it for himself instead of shamelessly riding Khans coattails hoping he will get thrown a bone

Real wasted career right now as the guy has skills

 

I could be wrong but this is how looks to me too.
He reminds me of recent Khan - Khan fights weak opponents while hoping to get a Floyd payday whereas Brook fights weak opponents while hoping to get a Khan payday

It would likely be the biggest payday of Brooks career so far so yes, it is a Khan payday. Khan is the big name fighter of the two so he'd be the one generating the money. It's also an attempt to cherry pick by Brook because Khan has looked bad in recent fights. Khan may be a duck but he's fought much better opposition than Brook has, so Brook is a much bigger duck.

He clearly ducked Alexander. And now he could possibly get his comeuppance against the guy who mauled Alexander. Fitting if you ask me.

Yes, it was a clear duck last time out. Brook supposedly pulled out with an injury and then went on and fought less than two months later against Jones. The injury was bullshit.

Brook definitely turned down a fight with Bradley well over a year ago.

What has he achieved since then? Not much.

 

he can't be called a duck for the injuries he got leading into the Alexander fights. nor can he be called one for not taking the Bradley fight when at a difficult time in his career. there, he needed to get the set up right for training camp after gassing in the first Jones fight. no way he was going to America with Arum asking for options if he won against Bradley.

but if the Porter fight doesn't come off next, which i think it will, all bets are off. you couldn't defend Kell under those circumstances. you'd have to write him off as a wasted talent whether it was his fault or not.
