Never tried to make a top 30 list, but this is how I currently view top 20:

    Champion: Wladimir Klitschko

    #01: Kubrat Pulev
    #02: Alexander Povetkin
    #03: Tyson Fury
    #04: Bermane Stiverne
    #05: Vyacheslav Glazkov
    #06: Tony Thompson
    #07: Tomasz Adamek
    #08: Derreck Chisora
    #09: Chris Arreola
    #10: Odlanier Solis
    #11: Mike Perez
    #12: Deontay Wilder
    #13: Bryant Jennings
    #14: Luis Ortiz
    #15: Ruslan Chagaev
    #16: Alex Leapai
    #17: Manuel Charr
    #18: Francesco Pianeta
    #19: Carlos Takam
    #20: Alexander Ustinov

Didn't rank David Haye, Robert Helenius and Mariusz Wach because of the inactivity.

Not a bad list apart from Ortiz, how do you justify that?

I had Stiverne behind Adamek and Solis, and now since they've lost, I moved him up by default. Also considering he's fighting for a belt next (and was WBC mandatory before Vitali retired) I found it difficult to rank Glazkov over him despite beating Adamek.

As for Ortiz, yes it may be a bit harder to justify considering he basically beat nobody. I've had him in top 20 throughout most of the last year and considering the fact that he has now a last chance to do something by fighting for the WBA belt against Povetkin, I thought it would be ok to have him around top 15.

I actually had Chagaev way higher, and this is the lowest I ever ranked him. His last win was against Pudar, who was top 10 by the WBA at the time they fought, and overall I think that there can hardly be an argument for the rest of those boxers to be ranked above Chagaev.

I think that Boytsov was ranked inside top 10 by the Ring at the time he fought Leapai. I had him #10 or 11 at the time as well and a victory over Boytsov places Leapai inside top 20 in my opinion.

That doesn't have anything to do with the topic, does it? You're obviously trying to get a reaction.

Taking notice of the WBA ratings and citing them as evidence for justification wont work with me, they are by far the worse of the ABCs. Jova Pudar was ranked 61 with the IWBR at the time of the fight. if you go to the independentworldboxingrankings website you will see the evidence. Boystov pretty poor opposition was 48 at the time Leapai beat him.

Well I've explained as much as I could, I didn't have to justify anything to you to begin with, that's just my opinion and I believe that it was fairly okay. I surely won't respect the ratings of some websites more than my own.
