    Horn yes, Pitt seems happy just to be fighting on the Oz local scene has/had all the ability to make waves but treats boxing as a casual hobby, Ben McCulloch is also another example.

    RING use this ratings policy for their P4P ratings:

    Results. This is the most objective criterion and takes precedence over all others.
    Performance. How a fighter performs in a victory or defeat can be a factor to determine his place in the ratings.

    Track record: A fighter’s accomplishments in the recent past can be a factor to determine his place in the ratings. That includes quality of opposition.


    Note the word 'recent' above :good

    Fully understand and could imagine it would be very hard to work out a lot of things to take into consideration.

    RING have Geale 4th best in the world at middleweight, and behind only Martinez, Golovkin & Sturm.

    Geale probably has claims to be above Sturm too.
