No Stevie it was a good win by Anthony although I thought he just lost in a close one.
IMHO I think Ricky should fight for a world title next but as the fights at Breahead I think that tells us it wont be

Was a close enough fight Billy but i just thought Gavin stood there to be hit and looked gassed most of the fight , Crollas movement was 1st class and made Rees miss a lot giving him the nod , Id agree on rickys next fight but a wee confidence booster will do him the world of good and perhaps put a few back in there box , The games all about levels and personally i think rickys still head n shoulders above the domestic boys as for the WBO Ranking there a pisstake imho

I think if Ricky were to be put in the WBA or WBC ranking today he'd be in the top 4 in each, now has he's been a two weight champ with the WBO for 41months I was shocked to see him at No6 in there rankings unbeleiveable

Simple Billy, cancel the Braehead in June and book somewhere bigger for July or whenever and bring over Vasquez or one of the other champions for Ricky.

I don't care about rankings. You simple cannot argue that he deserves a shot based on his last three fights.

Shut up you your nothing but a *****!
when we shout ***** that's when you reply.
He deserves a straight shot because what he's already achieve, now we know you dont think Scottish guys have any right winning let alone defending many times a world title but we do,that's why he so much more deserving of a title shot than many others

I was listening to Tony Bellew the other week after his fight and i had to admire him when he said he wasn't prepared to go back to domestic level, yet he's only had two world title fights which he lost, but it still shows you how ambitious he is by wanting the best fights out there for himself.

Ricky needs to do the same as Tony and tell Hearn No domestic matches, and that he only wants world title fights.

Very mature. As usual you bury your head in the sand and ignore the facts. It's why you and Ricky are going backwards - quickly.

Mate I could ryhm of fighters who have achieved nothing compared to Ricky and got world title shots and failed, the diffrence is Ricky as succeeded at world level and that's the level hes at and the level he should stay at.
You harp on about the last three fight
    1. He beat Gonzalez he made him quit for FFS, if Ricky lived down south he'd have been praised from the roof for a come from behind win FACT
    2. Beltran he got a broken jaw and as I've said before IMO we were lucky with the judges
    3. Crawford was the better man on the night there wasn't a huge gap between the two just Crawford performed better on the nigh simple!
Crawford will take a lot of beating in the division watch this space

By the way it's not me that can't accept facts it's you, you hate the fact a Scottish guy has been successful and you try to slate him and me every turn.
He's been beat once in ten world title fights and a tool like you tries to be criticle, your a joke Solaris or whatever your real name is, why don't you post under your real name like a man sonny?

You quote all these successful world title defences, but the reality is you were outclassed by Gonzalez before he quit due to an injury, Beltran was robbed and Crawford utterly outclassed Ricky. Three fights in a row he's looked terrible and you want to throw him straight back in with a champion?

Ricky will never be a world champion again. He was a paper champ at LW anyway.

Edit: The fact you think there was little between Crawford and Burns shows how deluded you are.

Ive watched the crawford fights 2 or 3 times now and tbh i just dont see that crawfords that good imo , if the best ricky burns turns up he beats him every day and twice on a sunday for me , I actually think if Beltran beats Rocky he could beat Crawford for the strap

Solaris seriously you couldn't read a fight if you spent years in a gym,as I say if Ricky were English he'd have been praised from the heavens for coming back from a bad start to beat an injury free Gonzalez read that bit again injury free gonzalez
