I like Manny but its funny how he only calls out Floyds name when he has a fight coming up or is about to sign a fight with someone else.

At the end of the day:

2009 Pac walked away about drug testing

2012 Floyd makes offer and Manny does not bother to negotiate and hangs up.

Of course Floyd is an easy mark because he is constantly in the public's eye and he plays the bad guy.

I never understood this line of reasoning. Floyd asked for drug testing because he didn't want the fight? How in the hell did he know that Pac would walk away if he asked for testing? Most of the greats of the past have agreed to much more intrusive conditions than this, so why would Manny not do what other greats have done? and How in the hell does Floyd know that Manny would walk away because of it?

the second part about testing, so what if Floyd never asked anyone else before Manny? Maybe its because he never suspected anyone else before the Manny fight came up?

I would assume that his trainer would know if he was doing steroids or not
