Every fighter have matchmakers . . . its no secret:patsch

To answer your question. The reason why he called Manny directly is because he got fed up with Bob and all of his BS. Him not wanting to fight Manny under bob is just an extension of that. I never wanted to deal with My Ex so I called my kids directly, it got to the point where I did not want anything to do with her at all . . . its really not that complicated.

Annnnnnnd Marvin Hagler, who has been in the boxing news of late for his opinions of Mayweather, loses all credibility with that first quoted statement.

He's sounding like a forum troll. Repeat things enough and eventually someone else will pass it on as well.

Your logic is off. After Floyd offered Manny that money and he rejected it and Arum made all these excuses about Pac's cut and the stadium, he then decided to not phuck with Arum anymore

Mayweather jr has the skills and calls himself the greatest of all time but when you compare his resume to the other ATG's...... it's weak that his past few opponents who are ''champions'' possess NO THREAT at all.

I bet in 10-15 years time.... more people will talk about Pacquiao than Mayweather because of his achievements and the competition Pacquiao had.

    It's not about being undefeated.

    Well said. Very true.

As for sour grapes, he comes off like that similar to Marquez. Marquez wrote a book about himself that had "Pacquiao" in the title (it is something like "I beat Manny Pacquiao three times" or something like that). Hagler would similarly be the type to write a book about himself and title it "Living with a Lifetime of Robbery: I Beat Leonard!" or something like that.

I never thought I'd find myself agreeing with you, but well said.

It's almost guaranteed Mayweather knocks out Khan if they fight. He almost stopped Guerrero who has a very good chin, probably would have if he didn't injure his hand. People say Mayweather doesn't have power, yet absolutely nobody can just walk through his shots, and everyone who fights him says he hits very hard, and is surprised.

Well, Carl Froch is an actual contemporary peer to Floyd, unlike Hagler, and he has long voiced his opinion that Mayweather should not fight Pacquiao unless Pac submits to extensive additional drug testing. Paulie has said the same thing. Mosley has too.

Some just refuse to believe what they and some other contemporary men in the business are saying.

Even with the fighters he's supposedly "ducked", Floyd still has a good resume.

Damn.... all these great boxers in the past have negative stuff to say about Mayweather.

Mayweather's resume is weak who himself considers to be ''THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME''. :deal

70-30 of the PPV for the winner . . . dumb offer. I do not get why "fans" think the "winner" of a fight gets the bigger share makes sense. How many times have we seen fighters get quick stoppages or robbed on the cards? this is just dumb dumb dumb . . . and to go even farther I cannot believe a professional manager/promoter/adviser would put such a juvenile offer out there . . . childish/mickey mouse-ish. This is almost as ill conceived as all the money goes to charity:lol:
