Who does everyone want Floyd will face in his remaining fights after he picks apart Maidana? not including Pac Man. I want:

    Thurman
    Lara
    Canello rematch

    1Martinez for mw title
    2Ggg
3 vs a smw world title to cement is legacy if he could fight a 168 pounder
Vs lara just doesnt appeal to me as i think it may be a stinker, both are great fighters but their styles may not make for a great fight imo

Pac @147 (wich we know will never, ever happen so I've no idea why I'm writing this down)
    Lara @154
GGG @154 (also a dream that will never come to pass, like the Martinez @154 fight)

Absolute madness to expect Floyd to go up to 168 to 'cement his legacy', laughable.

Guy won't even fight JMW's at their proper weight limit and he's going to go up to 168?

Not really madness as it's been done before. Past fighters have 'cemented their legacy' by fighting and beating much bigger men. Harry Greb for example held the middleweight title and the heavyweight title at the same time in one of boxing toughest era's. People like to overrate Floyd as an ATG but on the other hand they think its madness for him to fight much bigger men like a lot of ATG's did. If Floyd wants to respectably sit shoulder to shoulder with the top tier ATG guy's then the only way he can do it in this **** era is to fight the killers above him. GGG and Ward would be two scalps that would help cement his place as a true top 25 ATG. Right now he's not even close.

Old fat Duran gave 168 a go after beating Barkley for the WBC title at middle. In the same year he beat Barkley he lost to Leonard in their 3rd fight for the WBC title at super middle. Duran was 38 and obviously past his best but he gave it a go so why not Floyd? He claims to be the GOAT. Lets see him try and prove it.
Duran started as a skinny bantam and finished his career fighting world class boxers at middle and super middle (some natural, some not) when he was way past his best. Why is it laughable to ask Floyd to do similar, especially since he likes brainwashing his fans into thinking he's the greatest boxer ever?

I want to see Floyd fight GGG :deal

Agreed. Hatton had more sway than he realised (massive fan base / Sky PPV money etc) and should have fought him at 140lbs. Should have dug his heels in, the fight still would have happened. Mayweather can easily make 140.

He picks and chooses and his next fight is a complete mismatch. I doubt I will watch it live.

Exactly been done before and he has a rep with a lot of people and not just fans of ducking fighters so winning a title at middle and smw would hush them
