    Floyd is in a tough position.

    this maidana fight is gonna do **** numbers and Showtime is gonna lose money...they might not let him fight khan or garcia.

    I'm hoping you're right and that Floyd will either have to fish or cut bait already. If he doesn't wanna fight threatening opposition why doesn't he just start his own traveling circus, going around the country fighting exhibitions against local toughguys wearing 16 oz. gloves and headgear?

    His uncle Roger and Floyd Sr. could have booths where you trade tickets just to hear the crazy **** that comes out of their mouths.

    It was a good fight that sold well after being well promoted. This thread and my comment isn't about that though. It's about how the fans where apparently calling for this fight, and saying that Mayweather was about to duck Mosley at the time of the Marquez fight, which is bull****. (The vast majority of) Fans where demanding the Pac - Mayweather fight, and saying that Mayweather was going to duck Pac. Which he did.

    Mayweather- Ortiz did 1.25m ppv buys. Doesn't mean it was the fight that the fans wanted Mayweather to take.

    It's a good fight. Maidana earned his shot and will give it a go :deal if anyone can shake up Floyd it's Maidana especially on the inside

    Well isn't Manny Pacquiao also tailor made for him? I would think a guy struggling with Marquez and Tim Bradley wouldn't have a prayer vs Floyd

    Dude your a fool. there was high demand for the Mosley fight. yeah there was more for Pac but when that didnt happen Mayweather fought the lineal champ in Mosley!

    No Pac ducked the fight and took on Clottey! How come he didnt fight Mosley?? Because he just beat the crap out Margarito!! didnt they want him to come down to like 143 or something :lol::lol: and u said Mayweather ducked?? gimme a break bro
