Yeah because after being signed there was no promotion at all for the fight. :yep

Show me these pages long threads where people where calling for Mosley -Floyd from around the time of the Marquez fight then. Should be easy enough to find if it was in such big demand.

Maidana will be easily outboxed against Mayweather jr. Just ask Alexander. :deal
Maidana couldn't even knock Amir Khan down who has a bad chin. :deal

He fought 44 drained or trailer made opponents duh.. For some reason though he sits comfortably at 1 p4p in the world by everyone who is creditable though.. Why don't everyone else fight only old, trailer made, and drained opponents and be recognized as the but fighter in the world?

I doubt Maidana knocks Mayweather down but he can give hell on the inside. Garcia has been great for his growth as a boxer

You can just look for the ESPN vid where Kenny was calling for Mayweather to fight Shane, and read the comments. Everyone was saying Floyd was shook

Styles makes fights, Pacquiao is still a dangerous opponent against Mayweather jr.

Just ask Mayweather's father.... he is concerned about his sons health when it comes to Pacquiao. :deal

Mayweather was getting shitted on by everybody. He went on the radio with that one clown ass rapper who called Floyd a coward and said he'd never fight Mosley.

Roach said Floyd would never fight Mosley. Arum said it. Brian Kenny was asking why wasn't Floyd fighting Mosley. Yall trying to change history

    Yeah everyone was.

That's why he was a 5/1 favorite, because we were all so convinced he was 'shook'.

I don't even think it was a bad fight to take, it was a good fight. Hardly anyone expected Mayweather to duck though, we expected him to duck Pac, which he has done.

Mayweather outboxing ye olde man Mosley was the only thing to expect from that fight.

The odds actually opened at 3 to 1.

What do odds have to do with anything? Zombiehoya was a 2 to 1 fave vs Manny

and Floyd was favored over PAC as well :deal still doesn't mean a thing as far as people thinking Its the best fight to make :conf

    3/1 my shite pipe.

Odds are dictated by the public. If the public thought Money was 'shook', and that Mosley had a chance, then they'd have bet on him and narrowed the odds. The Brits did it when they all bet on Hatton. Why didn't all those people who though Mayweather was scared of Mosley do the same?

It clearly wasn't the best fight to make, or the fight the fans wanted to see. That was the Pac fight.
