Didn't? Since when did Pac said he doesn't wanna take any drug test. He said he wanted a cut off date of 2 weeks for the blood testing. Just for the blood testing. Urine testing would continue. He said didn't want any blood drawn so close to the fight because of what happened during his 1st fight with Morales, in which they took blood out from him the day of the weight (correct me if I'm wrong).

How exactly can Pac cheat in 2 weeks without getting caught with the urine testing going on?


What I can't fathom is, how can someone not see that the drug testing is just Mayweather's way of ducking? Aside from the drug testing, Mayweather lowballed Pacquiao during the negotiation. Who in their right mind would take such BS offer like 40 million out of the 300 million possible revenue knowing that they are drawing equally or more than his opponent?
