Which begs the question, why the hell does anyone want to watch Wlad "fight"?

But Wlad always wrestles, it a given, he has limited skills which means he cannot defend himself legally when anyone gets close, illegal holding, head locking, leaning etc are the only ways he can protect himself.

I see it (a fight with Pulev) as similar to if Mayweather fought Bradley. Clearly it won't be an overly exciting fight but it has to be watched for what it means in the grand scheme of things.

I think Wlad beats him to the punch all night and lumps him up, then holds to ensure he doesn't get hit back to often even though I don't think Pulev can hurt him.

I don't think he is limited as much as I think he is afraid to open up. Before getting stopped by Sanders and Brewster Wlad was much more exciting and fun to watch.

    This.

An ATG is versatile at fighting different styles. Wlad hasn't the skills. Never had.

The WBC won't rank him unless he drops not only the WBO but also the WBA and IBF belt. You never get ranked if you're the champion of a competing sanctioning body.

Wlad looked like this after Povetkin. A fight in which he did nothing only jump on him and suck onto him with all his strength.

He looked like this after Marius (the human heavy bag) Wack.

This tells you that not only is his chin brittle but his skin can't take a shot either.

Pulev's jab will tear Wlad to shreds. Pulev can adapt. Wlad can't.

Bad fight for Wlad. He won't take it.

Yes and when he did open up back the holes in his style were easily exploited by ordinary fighters.
Thus he had to move to Germany where he could bend the rules and foul people to death in order to win fights.

People think this guy beats Larry Holmes:nut:rofl

Sanction bodies do not rank other champions but the will all agree to unification fights, so they feel there is no point in ranking another champion and clogging up spaces, they also take fighters out if they are fighting for another title. If you go to independentworldboxingrankings. com you will see.

Everyone pay close attention because Dino has such a great track record predicting Wlad fights.

I love it when Derrick posts stuff like this, it just proves how little he actually knows about boxing

I don't think he beats Holmes.....but the Ibragimove fight was in the US, Thompson is Switzerland and Povetkin in Sasha's own Russia. Sure it sucks, but that is today's heavyweight boxing. Wlads clinching is INCREDIBLY boring, but I don't think its plausible to say he gets away with it because of where he fights. The whole division gets away with it. Can you name me a truly exciting heavyweight who has beaten other top heavyweights? I can't. Its problematic of the division, not just one guy.
