Tito Trinidad would smoke GGG opposition to date and look more impressive doing it.

    LIES.

ALL fighters struggle to some extent to make weight...And ONLY LATEinhis career was making 147lbs a "struggle." Tito had a small frame...Barely any shoulders.

You wanna talk about struggling?? Brandon Rios... Salido...Chavez Jr...Morales... ETC ETC

PR don't typically fight at 2 divisions lower for a size advantage...

Not exactly saying much, is it? Golovkin's best wins are Rosado and Macklin for christ sake.

I have to agree. GGG is strong but, I think we are being fanboy silly when we start talking about GGG blowing Tito out... Tito was a strong elite fighter. GGG is strong...

Tito was a great Jr middle, not a great middle. GGG blasted and schooled bigger fighters like Bute, Durrell, Lee, and more. You're not going to tell me Tito in any shape or form is beating those guys too, are you? Possibly Lee. Oscar ***y legs beat Tito ffs! Tito would get clocked by Stevens too strong for Tito. It would be fun for 3-4 rounds, but Tito was a slow starter and no ****ing way does he know fighting backward he's NOT going to push GGG back or overpower him either. This isn't Campas fools.

Tito's best weight was 147.... Not even necessary to compare Tito to the bigger GGG. Tito is Hall of Famer. Let's see where GGG goes before we start bandwagon hype ala Lucas Matthysse.

Lucas hype? Putting Judah and Alexander on their buns and beating up Garcia till he got thumbed? Herrera just showed who the real hyped up fighter was, but that's a different topic. Being avoided like GGG is is not the same as ducking or being hyped.

People can't even wait a year before they dabble in revisionism these days.

If it takes you a year to process how to score a fight by rewatching it over and over then so be it. Take your time until you get it right.:D

So now it was a thumb??? You are so blinded by your hate. You are telling me that Lucas is the only fighter who ever fought with swelling to the eye? Face it... Garcia ate his best shots like candy. The only thing Lucas hurt was Garcia's mouthpiece.

He is dabbling in hate... Notice he refuses to give Tito or Garcia any credit. Nobody does this better than the bitter nationalist.... "Oh he was shot to ****" " Oh he got thumbed not punched in the eye" " Oh the ref was paid off" " Oh but that was not our best guy"

I have to laugh and won't even mention the country but the excuses and inability to accept reality is crazy.

What exactly are the lies? Trinidad boiled down to make 147. Had it not been for day before weigh ins its unlikely he would have spent much time at welter. Point 2....he was very comfortable at middleweight and proved it by destroying a top middle in Joppy. What are you referring to when you claim "LIES"?

Tito's best weight was 154 in my opinion. I agree with the rest of your post though.

Tito was an awesome 154lber, but I refrain about how great he really was when Forrest, Quartey, and Mosley were around. Oscar by the majority agree beat him and Winky at 154 I think is better. Great welter, yes. Better h2h? It's tricky because his best performance was actually at 154 vs Vargas. H2h tho Idk if I would choose him over 2002 versions of Oscar who was at his best and should of earned the win in the rematch with Mosley.

I usually give Tito the benefit of the doubt cuz of his size at 154 better benefits him than Oscar or Mosley, but he was just too flawed. He outgunned Vargas, who as talented as he was was too confident thinking Tito would start late as usual, but Vargas disrespected Tito enough to attack early. I can't see veterans like Oscar or Mosley doing the same mistakes Vargas did. GGG has enough amateur exp to use in the ring and has the style to adapt to the pros and mesh it perfectly. His style can give many styles problems. GGG has a ways to go to achieve Tito's legendary status, but GGG can no doubt achieve his own. IMO I think Tito gets stopped late, but not before landing his own bombs. GGG just the better, bigger man.
