    Pacquiao isn't naturally elite enough to compete without PEDs, to be honest.

    He signed an extension with Top Rank. He is saying the company line.

    However, words don't mean **** in the business of boxing. Actions speak definitively. And they make Team Pacquiao look horrible when it comes to drug testing.

    The cold war started with Margarito. Remember? when Floyd went into retirement? He cried during the press conference...May aswell have been standing there waving a little white flag.

    Manny finished Margarito along with the others and Floyd went running. If it wasn't for the leniency in boxing these days & Floyd was forced to fight Pac. He would retire.
