He has nowhere to go, GGG is going to chase him out of SMW, then kovalev will chase him back down to SMW. He's boxed in and is too scared to fight neither of them.

He should just hang em up, isn't he inactive right now anyways?

I think if he would have stayed active, he would have had his contract over with already with Dan Goosen. The more he takes him to court, the longer delays he has to get over that contract.

Prospect of two good fights at 168:

    -GGG
-GG if he gets past Froch

If neither of those materialize he's wasting time before moving to light heavy.

Now that you mention it, I'll bet many of fighter retire due to their contracts and being stuck feeding pigs at the troll leeaching off of their talents and skills.
If Ward could get out of his contract by retiring until it expires he could still come back and earn tens of millions without having to break off healthy portions of his earnings to some group of parasites.

Ward is still young enough to take a couple years off, take it easy with his family and then come back and take back what is rightfully his from the crumb snatchers.
By then GGG and Kovalev will probably be in the same promoter contratc situation as Ward is in today. LOL!

No he should get off his ass and fight someone. He would be a favorite over anyone from 168 to 175

Ward got paid pretty well for fight Edwin Rodriguez.
He was also the only fighter in the Super 6 who didn't have to fight on foreign soil.
    Poor oppressed Andre Ward.:-(

Gennady is 31, has not even made more than 400k in a single fight and probably drives a Civic. He also lives in Kazakstan, where the standard of living is much much much lower than that of the United States of America :rofl

Fact: Ward is #2 p4p, made 2 million in his last fight and coming off a surgery.

Yes, black fighters don't get hyped like Kessler. Maybe that's why Ward beat his ass so badly, right.:lol:

He's horrible to watch (boring and dirty), inactive as hell, unwilling to face any legit threat, unwilling to fight without his hometown referee and judges, his personality is like cardboard and his S.o.G moniker is pathetic

If he retires, nothing of value will be lost
