 Oh, yeah. I forgot about that great era of sergio's career too.
It took him 14 rounds to figure out what Lara did in 1.

What Martinez is saying is true. Serg earned his spot as P4P elite, GGG's accompaniments don't come close, but that's hardly a reason to dismiss him as a challenger. Paper title and average resume aside Golovkin is clearly the best challenger for the MW crown, Pavlik gave Sergio a chance at his spot, it's time for him to do the same for GGG. Anything else is bull****.

please jump off the moron bandwagon. I fail to see what's so attractive
about being an idiot who ignores facts. GGG has beaten the same caliber
of opponent Sergio has saenz a drunk, unprepared and weight drained
Pavlik. GGG has as good a ledger besides that win, which doesn't have
much merit considering those pesky things called facts.

Settle down. GGG's resume is full of blown up light middles and glorified journeymen save a few exceptions. F*ckin Macklin is his best and only win over a top middle unti Jr, both former Sergio victims. Stevens and Rosado aren't up to much. There really isn't much comparison, GGG's resume is woeful compared to the hype he gets, it's the way he has dispatched his opposition that gets the praise.

Cotto doesn't have a single good win above Welterweight. He beat Yuri then defended against two garbage opponents. He also wanted Margarito at 150 for that second fight. He is an average jr. Middle and will be roadkill at middleweight.

Sergio is right, the one they call Triple G isn't on his level, he's actually surpassed him. Every man and his dog knows that Golovkin is the best middleweight in the World right now, people just want to see Martinez pass the torch to GGG, so to speak. He's coming towards the end of his career and he doesn't want to deal with the heat Triple G brings.

Like all paper champions, Sergio Martinez loves talking about how he's better then another fighter, but he never actually calls him out or takes a fight with the guy.

Martinez is a complete phony. He'll retire after the Cotto fight, whether he wins or loses. He wants no part of the careful stalking style of GGG, to say nothing about his power.

Maybe he should fight Rosado and Ishida to prove himself?

It's kind of ****ed up Martinez's career of brave chance taking, climbing up the ranks the hard way is getting pushed aside by an obvious and quite embarrassing DUCK,,,

Hopefully it doesn't happen, but no one can deny how it looks

When exactly has he ducked GGG?

Was it when GGG was a nobody? or was it during his injury?

Has Martinez ever been offered the fight and rejected it? Has there ever even been talks for this fight??

Cotto has worked his way up to his level has he? Coming off a win over D-Rod following back to back losses, without a title LMW or even having had a fight at MW. GTFO Sergio...
