I am fine with Raul Caiz's decision to stop it.

Monte's nose got shattered, and he took several giant backpedaling steps before dropping to his knees - with no body language to indicate he would be standing again.

Povetkin can't beat Ortiz. This performance does nothing to change that.

Same with DLH down to 4-0 (KO 3)

Ortiz must fight someone ranked and decent.
I'm tired of feeding prospects with old faded fighters.
    Ortiz vs Povetkin sounds good.

...except that Marrero straight up ran from the KD on (so all but the first twenty seconds of the night).

Aguilera, game as he was, did stand in the pocket and trade with Breazeale. DLH has less to be embarrassed about going the distance the first time with an entirely unwilling victim than does Breazeale with a guy who fought him with suicidal bravery (and has been taken out before...)

It takes extraordinary power to keep the KO ratio 100% :conf

When Wilder KOs Stiverne...will that convince you?

It seems like a huge mistake to jump straight into the big leagues from the minors.

I would settle for a Jason Gavern or Maurice Byarm next, then a ranked contender, then Povetkin.

At 35 yrs old and ranked 2 by WBA I wouldn't be wasting much time.
Either he belongs or he doesn't.

No. While Ortiz may be better than the current version of Solis and likely better than Mike Perez as well, Povetkin is on another level and the chances of Ortiz upsetting him are minimal, basically not a chance.

Wasn't impressed with Ortiz I expected him to be a bit more polished since he is a Cuban and has probably been Boxing since he was 5.

He really needs to take a step up in class at this point.
