    people saying he doesn't know English. he looked away at Frampton the referee was using his fingers, Cazares made a **** of it no one else.

    Loughlin said nine (and held up nine fingers) and Cázares had not yet begun rising.

    Technically it had not reached a ten count, but Loughlin exercised his judgment with Cázares looking away from him and not reacting with urgency at "nine".

    Good stoppage. Cázares' own fault.

    Absolute peach of a shot.

    The Mexican is clueless, if he can't count to 10 then he doesn't deserve to box. Frampton would have stopped him anyway.

    Scott actually began to stand up at 9 and it was waved off before "ten."

    At 9, Cazares smiled and started fidgeting in preparation to stand up. The ref said "ten" and waved it off before Cazares made any bodily attempt to stand.

    This one is all on Cazares. The Scott loss is on a puss cake ref.

    I don't think Loughlin said ten. I think he said nine and Cázares remained complacent and looking elsewhere, so Loughlin decided "Fine, the hell with you, all over..."


    ...but you're right, better stoppage than Chisora vs. Scott was.

    Wtf are you on about you pleb? The ref gave a normal count, flashed the fingers directly into his face. Cazares acted the hard man by looking over at Frampton instead of looking at the ref
