Hearn is a snake i guarentee he was telling James sign with me or you won't get Froch or Groves winner or looser no doubt in my mind about that. Hearn is taking every decent fighter in Britain it isn't good for the game dirty buisness from him same happened with McDonnell IMO soon as you get your shot/ title dump the promoter for Eddie. In fact basically everyone in Eddie's stable was taken from other promoters doesn't really get them to their shots does Eddie.

Indeed regardless where he ends up the shows he was on was an absolute joke, ok he isn't gonna sell out a massive arena but he should be able to sell a decent number of tickets at a 7k venue, or at least be one of the main supports on a bigger show - degales said on a fair few ifl and channel 5 interviews that he's ****ed off with how hennessey's been guiding his career since he left frank.

Micks got nobody to blame but himself on this one, had he not been feeding degale **** then he may be getting a big payday, find it difficult to have any sympathy for him and surprised fury seems so loyal to him

 

I think Mick is concentrating on the domestic level now with the odd special attraction like Fury/Galahad. DeGale's opponents were frankly terrible with Mick but he has a world title shot now and the chance of a massive all British unification later this year. Without Mick he would likely be lost in the shuffle with Frank or Eddie.

DeGale really didn't capitalise on his status- why doesn't he do punditry to build his status? He's not the world's worst talker.

 

Hearn needs to stop signing fighters he's going to over stretch himself. I hope he does not sign Degale.

 

Degale is one of the most boring fighters around.

I have absolutely no interest in his career, i've switched off his previous fights and didn't even bother his last fight on channel 5 despite it being free.

Degale just isn't star material, that boat has long since sailed.

The way he behaved in the lead up to the Groves fight was fcukin disgusting, and now he's showing his colours again by pissing on loyalty after getting a shot.
