    Smartest outside the ring is Wladimir guy has a PHD and you can see his intelligence when he speaks. Business wise Mayweather is the man even though i don't like him from a business sense he has made all the right moves. Boxing wise i gotta go with Bhop the guy knows every trick in the game and is a guy who can really deliver a schooling to the young guys.

    if u meant intelligence outside of the ring yeah i have heard that wlad is pretty well versed in language and the arts. if you are talking inside the ring if holding every 5 seconds = intelligence, well that would make wlad a mensa level genius.
