Anyone else think the Pac/Bradley fight will bomb on PPV?

I'm not feeling the buzz. And as usual, Arum has a joke undercard. I wouldn't be surprised if this fight only does 500-550k.

    Thoughts?

It should do well because the two best ww in the world are facing each other. The two fighters that Floyd's Daddy wont dare let him in the ring with ROFLMAO Some self proclaimed ATG huh ??? Daddy wont let him fight dangerous guys in case he gets hurt

Have a feeling both of the upcoming PPVs will bomb. Not hearing much buzz about either. My buddies and I usually buy the big PPV even Pacquiao fights but since Pac donimated Bradley I and it was lackluster, in our eyes, half of my buddies aren't interested.

Only if Pac and Bradley are guaranteed ridiculous purses.
Some have forgotten but Hopkins used to be a PPV fighter. He made millions and usually sold over 300 000 PPV“s each time.
Those are really good numbers. Anything over that and only the uneducated can say that it bombed.
And this fight has a low budget undercard, Floyds last under car cost millions and supposedly this one will be the most expensive to date.

    Pacquiao/Bradley I did 700,000 PPV buys.

That was Pacquiao's lowest in several fights but nowhere near as low as his most recent PPV with Rios.

I suspect Bradley/Pacquiao II will do no more than the first PPV did at 700k.

if they want to do 1 million + buys they should put fights like USS-Mansour on the undercards

Undercard is junk... I think Arum is dead wrong about undercards not mattering. It would be more correct to say that a bad undercard wont sink a fight that people really want to see, but these days a good undercard can really prop up an event.

Honestly I am not sure how well this fight will sell. I can see it doing well, because of the prior controversy generating lots of mainstream interest. I can see it doing relatively poorly compared to past PAC fights.. because people just dont care about Manny as much anymore.

Personally I dont care much one way or the other, I will buy it if I dont have anything better to do that day. Same w/Floyd/Maidana. The only PPVs I really care about are Cotto/Martinez and GGG/Jr if it happens. Those two fights dont need an undercard to sell me.

I think the Cotto/Martinez fight will outsell this fight. I see that fight doing a minimum of 700k. Outside of the big two and Canelo of late, the next best sell has always been Cotto.

It certainly seems like it. Not much buzz around the fight. But then again Pac-Rios didn't even do 500,000 buys so I don't know if it's even possible to do worse than that. Maybe around 750k? I don't know. Nowhere near Mayweather-Alvarez's 2.2 Million buys, that's for damn sure.

Cotto v Martinez is a much more interesting fight than either Pac or Floyd. Cotto has the best chance of an upset if Sergio isn't 100% healthy.

Bradley already kicked Pacquiaos ass with two broken ankles, why would I be interested in watching how bad he can humiliate him being healthy?
