Any word on him? Is he still in detention? Facing charges? Being sent back to Mexico? Being deported seems ridiculous. Hes lived in America for 26 of his 30 years, he has a kid here. If hes committed a crime, put him in jail, but sending him back to a country he doesnt know seems outrageous.
Apparently when he was 18, he had *** with a 13 year old, basically making him a ******. He also isnt a permanent resident..despite living in America basically all his life. im just wondering, if people had updates.
