    Algieri might come off the same way Provo did with Bradley. But I think it's a dumb risk to go from the most dangerous guy he's fought to a guy that brutalized Alvarado and concussed Tim Bradley. Some guys aren't that good and if they get a shot they should take it because they'll likely never get another (Pianeta/Wlad) but some guys are legit promising and need to let themselves mature the smart way over a lot of good steps. I think Algieri is that kind of guy. He might be really good if he doesn't get ruined going to fast.

    Well, in Algieri's last outing I said "his slickness probably won't carry as he takes a step up in class this big from regional opposition" - and though he proved me very wrong...I must use a similar refrain here. :yep

    I just can't see the **** that worked on Emanuel Taylor working on Provodnikov.

    Haha, on the Friday Night Fights broadcast right before Provodnikov/Algieri Teddy will use that line about Algieri, guaranteed.
