    This is true.
    Styles make fights.
No way in hell does floyd take the
chance that pac did to go for the knockout.
It would have been a slow methodical But very BORING beatdown.
None of the back & forth ev & flow exchanges that pac vs marquez classics are known for.

Then by your logic there must be merit behind the rumor about Ariza era PAC being roided up since people keep bringing up that topic.

Pac committed one of the biggest ***** moves in the history of the sport when instead of taking a drug test to make one of boxing's biggest fights, he instead went to court and tried to sue Mayweather for deformation of character. If Manny were so mad and upset about his character being assassinated and accused as being a cheat, then the simply solution would have been to just take the test, prove his innocence, and punish Mayweather in the RING. The whole issue would have been solved if he just proved his innocence and got in the ring. Instead, he decided that he'd rather go to court before taking a petty drug test. No boxer has ever decided to not get in the ring but take someone else to court for an issue that could be solved IN THE RING. Yet he was never questioned about this.

My question is, how is this not one of the biggest ***** moves in boxing history?

Mayweather with relative ease, that Mayweather was scary good. Very reminiscent of his 130 days.

That was the last we've seen of Pretty Boy Floyd.

    He could have TKO'd Pac.

People love Manny and they hate Mayweather. Look at Pacquiao now claiming he's not stopping guys because he feels sorry for them. What other fighter would get away from uttering such nonsense?

Regardless both Pacquiao and Floyd are overrated and will never be in the top 45 p4p of all time. Both of them fought paper champions, past prime opponents, bums, or some combination of those with the exception of Marquez, Morales, and Barrera - who are decent but not the wins that make you an all time great

i'll take your word for it that Floyd said he would fight him. all I remember when margo interrupted his press conference was 'get in line' from Floyd

saying "margo was hot until mosley" coincides perfectly with margo getting done for the plaster - so margo must shoulder some blame for the fight not happening

It's a different weight class, but I've always felt Mayweather beats Pacquiao by clear decision.

Too bad the fighters themselves didn't care as much as the fans do about this fight happening.
