People act like Pacquiao is making these huge concessions to try and make the fight he really hasn't Pacquiao didn't agree to take less untill he loss and didn't agree to drug test until he got KO'd Pacquiao fans are as bad as Mayweather fans creating excuses for why drug testing is bad and why Pac shouldn't of taken 40 mil if your only intrest is to see the fight the argument should be why didnt Pac agree as well
