You don't get recognised in history or in titles for ppv's. His obsession with money is just a reflection on society, unfortunately.

 

What's funny is, you say he ducked GGG but who has he beat? What's his ppv numbers looking like? Then you say he refused Sergio at 154 and even 150? Martinez was older than Oscar when he wanted to fight.. Do you see how you and others discredit Floyd for fighting a 'past prime' Oscar? Also at 150? lol Wonder what stupid name they will call him after he lose.. Canelo turned into Drainelo a few weeks after the fight..

You make excuses for the people Mayweather beat.. I don't recall Canelo ever saying he was drained but you guys do.. Mosley said he felt great.. You say he was shot.. You say Marquez lost because he went up in weight and was bloated.. Marquez landed 16% of his punches and said he'll never fight Mayweather again.. Then he goes to ko Pac.. He's ducking Peter Buckley too huh?

 

As far as who has the better resumse overall is debatable, what isn't debatable is since negotiations first took place Mayweather has consistently fought better fighters than Pacquiao, since 09 Pac doesn't have a win as good as Mayweather over Mosley or Ortiz for that matter

pedjr will always find another excuse to duck the fight, as was proven now.

pedjr tried to make venue and date as issues as well, but on both counts, pac's team agreed to his demands.

remember gbp/tr were on the way to cowboy stadium to check on jones offer. suddenly, pedjr decided the venue was mgm.

pac fought cotto in november. they were negotiating well into end of december and pac was to run for congress the next yr. elections was may. pac's team was suggesting aug/sep, iirc, post elections.

pedjr's team insisted on march, which means pac will have barely rested after the cotto fight.

pedjr was throwing **** on the wall, found something that stuck and ran with it.


if it is not one thing, it's another, as proven later in succeeding negotiations.

now pedjr wouldnt even acknowledge there was an issue on drug testing.

"we were not seeing eye to eye on terms...". his words.


edit: and this wasnt the first he pulled off a duck move. 24rhs before pac-hatton, he hurriedly signed jmm to a fight where the weight class wasnt announced.

Did Pac have his own rules when he asked Rios to test? I thought Commission testing was just fine?
What about when he asked for a $10,000,000 fine for PBF coming in over weight? That's a true roadblock and a roadblock that PBF agreed to I might add.

 

How do you know? What we do know is that PBF agreed to the weight penalty the 50/50 split who would walk in first and agreed to a 14 day cut off and Pac didn't he walked away from the table to fight Clottey a fight no one demanded. Everything else is pure speculation and spin.

 

Just for fun, can someone answer this question.. In 2009 put every boxer from 140-154 in a field or something.. Put Floyd Mayweather on a speaker and have him say "you have to take USDA random blood test to fight me. If you don't have a problem with that, move to the left." How many boxers would still be standing there with Manny?

anyone who painted himself as the champion of cleaning up boxing and refuses to divulge his own personal/ drug test record to prove he is clean, should be viewed automatically as dirty and should be condemned by his own self.

worse he paid for his records not to be public.

Name one person out side of Floyd that made similar demands of Manny ?

Marquez fights him 4 times with no issue but for some reason Floyd finds all these reasons not to fight him..Manny also fought Clotty and Margacheato Cheato is a guy who challenged him to his face and what happened oh well you need to wait ..Seems if its not an easy pick there comes a road block !

And Pac's star has diminished it's still better than Maidana,Ortiz and Guurrero yet Floyd can't find a reason to fight the 2nd biggest draw in boxing:think

And as far as the 60/40 well the split is irrelevant because we know Floyd will come out with another insulting offer that he knows Manny won't accept like 40 mil with no PPV ..Your boy is a genius at ducking!
