    thanks for the laugh.:rofl

as for mosley. he was ****ing 99 yrs old, unroided, hasnt fought in 2 yrs.

last time he fought, he beat a guy found out to be using plaster in his previous fights.

he beat a guy obviously distracted and now "defanged". the win was a formality. else, margarito would have won and pedjr's would have cited his typical excuse. "waaaaaaaaaaaaa top rank".:good

i would have said, pac's cotto win was better than pedjr's mosley win, but since you put 09 as the timeline, ill just say this:

pac;s run at ww is just icing on the cake.

an icing that includes multiple titles in multi weight divisions which allowed him to win fotd and earned him a guiness records for titles in 8 different divisions. seems like the icing jsut keeps adding layer after layer.

and a cake that includes 3 atg's in his resume.

pedjr is nothing but a good salesman but with **** resume.

    how do i know?

    are you dumb?

it;s 2014 now you dumb idiot.

why would it be an issue?

didnt you claim pedjr is a small ww?

if he comes in in the aggreed weight of 147, as he usually does, he wouldnt pay a dime.

it;s only a roadblock if he intenionally comes overweight, like the the **** fight.

was he going to intentionally come overweight?

how is tkoin ledwaba on 2 weeks notice same as pedjr's competition?

how is moving up 1 division and tkoing an atg in barrera same as pedjr's competition?

did pedjr move up 2 weight classes (3 weight classes in 2 fights) in all his previous fights and resulted in tko?

did pedjr move up, up to 8 divisions and won belts?

why is pedjr, the self proclaimed the best ever, stuck in his 5th division?

Hopefully Floyd can stop being a coward and fight him now. Oh wait! Pacquiao works for Arum

They can't do no bizness with Arum.

Pacquiao has to leave Arum and adhere to his home made drug testing before a fight can be made.

Name me 5 fighters Pacquiao has fought that were coming off an inpressive win and didn't get beaten up or KO'd in the 12 months leading up to the fight by all accounts Pac's biggest 'wins' are getting robbery decisions vs Marquez, beating Morales who lost before and after every Pac fight, and Barerra Pac is great because he won in 8 divisions technically but lets not act like beating guys who just got knocked out is really special.

Who at the time was interested in taking on FLoyd at 140 lbs? Please enlighten me.

What I remember is Floyd calling out Kostya since he was a featherweight, and the major reason that fight didn't materialize was because they fought on opposite networks. But for the most part when FLoyd was younger and calling guys out, he meant business.

SO who else at 140 lbs? Bob Arum said after the Floyd-Gatti fight that Cotto was "too green." Didn't sound like Arum had any interest in 2005/2006 with putting his 2nd biggest cashcow in the ring with FLoyd.

As for why he picked Baldomir to fight- well Carlos was the undisputed WW champion so FLoyd had the option of either fighting him for 8 million dollars and the lineal championship at WW or having a non-title fight with Margarito. I don't blame him at all for him going through with the Baldomir fight.

The Wright-Floyd situation was well documented with Arum supposedly mentioning at the last second that he wanted 60-40 for Floyd, which caused Wright's team to look at him confused since it was agreed upon beforehand that a 50-50 split would happen. That's obviously a poor way of doing business, regardless of who was truly at fault.

Don't make Floyd out to be some kind of scrub; everytime he went up in weight he always took on top-tier competition IMMEDIATELY aside from possibly JWW. He jumps divisions and fights for titles. I have no idea how you can possibly hate on this guy, it's not like he's taking 3 or 4 tuneups at a weight class before taking on the best in the division.

Said it at the time: Pac and his deluded fans were on the wrong side of history with their stance.

Here we are less than 5 years later and blood testing is becoming ubiquitousat a championship level. Even Pac himself, of his own volition, has since implemented and participated in this 'unprecendented' and 'cowardly' request for his own fights.

The folks defending Pac on this need to stop. All those 'Kenducky Floyd Chicken' avatars were cute for a minute. But at the end of the day, this is ain't a good look for Pac. And it gets worse as time goes by. And his diminshed power seeming to coincide with the random testing requests is not helping either.

As for this thread, the name of the sport is called "Boxing." This isn't "KO Artists."

If FLoyd was such a boring fighter, why do his PPV #'s do better than anyone else in the sport? I guess there must be some people out there that appreciate pure boxers.

Fantastic post. There is a double standard on the criticism and it isnt fair. Manny is being portrayed as the good guy and it is far from the truth.
