i heard the commentary saying that she was hexing bradley... so is this true? is this some legit voodoo ritual from the Philippines?

It is expecially confusing considering that Catholic religion doesn't work that way, it has nothing to do with cursing and hexing.

Also it doesn't make sense to pray for a victory. You should pray for be better yourself, under the Christian values, or for other general things, not for specific material things.
But i ain't a priest, so i may be wrong.

Well I mean more along the lines of hexing = cursing Bradley, and praying is praying for Pac's victory/health. One is pretty evil and the other is good.

As religions spread, they hold on to a native substratum. Roman Catholicism itself has a Greco-Roman substratum+the Near Eastern version

Pinoy-Christianity has native elements, especially in Mindanao where the native religion is still practiced & has obvious influence.
