Probably in the minority here but I had Bradley decisively winning a close fight tbh. He neutralised so much of Pac's offense for most of the fight and whilst he did take breaks where he would just bob and weave he was easily the one working most of the rounds. I thought he counter punched Pac effectively keeping him at bay as well as backing him up when taking the fight to him and honestly this is the most gun shy we've seen Pac since I don't even know when. This is the guy who was throwing non stop punches landing at ridiculous connect rates and steam rolling opposition only a few years ago. Pac's stamina seems to really have taken a hit and that in conjunction with Bradley's counterpunching resulted in Pac fighting a third of each round while Bradley fought the larger portions of the rounds and then tired late in the fight. Bradley did look sloppy with the haymakers trying to knock out Pacman but for about 2/3 of the fight I thought his workrate, counterpunching and overall aggression were more effective than Pacman's less frequent moments of success. I love Pacman but he has declined without a doubt and looked pretty bad in this fight. I can understand Pac winning by a close margin but 118-110 shutout is absolutely beyond me Go figure that in the first fight Tim looked worse and he won, second fight he looked better and lost. Fkn Arum probably setting up his trilogy....What was interesting though was Tim clearly thought he won the fight as he raised his hands high when the fight ended but during the interview with Larry Merchant he said Manny was the better man tonight. I suspect he thinks he still won the fight but either him or his trainer thought of the backlash he would have received after he built his reputation back up from the controversy of the first fight if he said he won when he officially lost. If so, props to them, it wouldn't have helped Bradley's cause if he went out in denial. I just don't think I can believe he thinks he won the first fight when he did worse and think he lost the second fight when he did far better. Not expecting anyone to agree with me but wanting to know everyone's thoughts on the fight?
Anyone who had Bradley winning ought to put their head in the toilet bowl and flush the chain out of pure shame.
He joined Jun 2012, probably after the first Pac-Bradley fight. I am guessing he said Bradley won the first fight as well.
I had it a draw. Neither took control and performed decisively, whether it be via boxing or sustained aggression. I thought Pac was better early, Bradley better through the middle rounds and both men battling fairly evenly over the last 4. Can't see a case for more than 2 points either way. I think many had already decided who they wanted to win before the fight and scored it accordingly...
Ask Tim who won? Merchant asks Pac if he's the better fighter, Pac tries to be diplomatic and says "I'm not saying I'm the better fighter", Tim interrupts and says "no, he was the better fighter tonight". Yep, even Tim dont agree with you.
