I'd hardly call what he did in the fight giving up mentally... But then again... I'm talking to Manny's biggest fan, so why did I even bother...

Right...but a shot to sh*t Cotto can take 4 rounds off Floyd but Manny wouldn't win even one round. Manny would lose but it would be more like 8-4. F*ck even Guerrero took rounds off Floyd.

Pac's style is a nightmare for mayweather's shoulder roll defense. A defense minded fighter would be in a shell all night against pac.

I know idiots here will say " But marquez beat pacquiao and mayweather beat marquez " blah blah. Marquez and mayweather have different mindsets and style.

Mayweather sr. knows pac's style would be a problem for Floyd and has never wanted his son in with pac.

I would favor Floyd but you can see why Pac might trouble Floyd. The devastating combos that come in blazing spurts which overwhlemed Tim at times. Floyd don't want to look vulnerable like that.

Floyd is #1 now and would most likely beat Pac.

But Pac is still his biggest threat at 147 and below.

Tim, for whatever reason, f*cked himself in that fight. Round 5 on he didnt listen to his corner and tried playing with the crowd. Tim gave it up, Manny did ok but Tim could have made him work harder.

A Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight is never going to happen. It's not as simple as either guy saying, "let's fight". The network issue, the beef between the promoters, the venue issue, the sponsorship issue; these are all problems that are never going to get resolved when you have two sides negotiating that have bad blood, and other options.

seriously, you guys think mayweather would fight pacquiao even if he's far removed from his beast version (2009)?

Floyd fought Shane and Oscar first and he is older that Manny. Slow heads are on the attack tonight.

As a Pac fan first then Floyd, I have to agree...

Floyd is way too smart for Pacquiao and has retained his physical abilities much better than Pacquiao has which in all due fairness is because he wasn't/has never been involved in wars.

Pacquiao 2009, post Cotto and Hatton had the best shot.
