No, he couldn't have. If he had, Manny would land most of his power punches and he'd be done for.

LOL don't all you idiots use the triangle theory to predict pac-mayweather. :patsch:patsch Marquez and Mayweather fight nothing alike. There mentality is completely different.

Floyd's fans are obviously more confident in him winning than Floyd himself

note this: in all his interviews about the fight, Floyd comes up with a ton of excuses why the fight is impossible to make, but very rarely, or if at all, does he say "yeah, I beat Pacquiao easy, he's not in my league"

yes...and no. It all depends. If floyd is moving and pot shotting for all 12 rounds he easily dominates manny. If at any point he has to stand and fight he is going to get hit and hit hard. Manny is still fast and can punch hard enough to hurt floyd bad. One thing manny needs to start doing is going to the body which he did very little of against bradley. had he worked the body he problably stops bradley.

i don't really think he turned it around, tim gassed out and it looked like his only gameplan was to go for the ko.. I really didn't see the domination others seem to of saw, i saw a manny who could no longer pull the trigger, i did think manny edged it though.. but i also thought tim gifted him rounds by all his silly mocking and just trying to make manny miss....

Then you should Watch more closely: Pacquiao started going down the middle instead of moving side to side because Bradley was throwing wild shots - and it worked. As for Mayweather - if he wins so easily then he should make the fight, it's really pathetic that it hasn't happened yet.

You clearly don't know **** about boxing. Malignaggi's analysis on mayweather-pac before. How I see the fight going aswell.

“Ever since I watch Floyd Mayweather he gives you a defense where he locks up. And a lot of the time obviously it works for Floyd. Floyd is very hard to hit, regardless of the fact. But I always thought that somebody with fast hands – that throws punches in bunches and throws them in flurries – might not land on Floyd – because he locks up so well – he has the ability to leave Floyd there.” -Malignaggi

“And what I mean by that is, move your hands, step out, you leave him there. Throw punches, step out. Before you know it, Floyd, if he’s giving you all this, he never gets the chance to get back off. Because you’re in and out. And that costs you rounds. Through the course of Mayweather’s career, he’s always been faster than most of his opponents. But the fast guys that he did fight did show glimpses of it. Oscar showed glimpses of that. Zab Judah showed glimpses of that – that you can do that to Floyd. The problem is you very rarely will hit him clean. So I think these guys get frustrated and get away from that. But in the meantime, what they don’t realize is that they’re probably winning rounds because Floyd is not getting off. Pacquiao doesn’t have to change anything about himself. He fights that way naturally.” - Malignaggi

Pac will fight the winner of Marquez/Alvardo, then perhaps someone can drag Void into a right with him...................Void shakes whenever Pac's name is even mentioned............

Freddie has always said the same thing. He said that Floyd would freeze up fighting Manny.
