I'm sure Floyd and Manny would want to fight, maybe Floyd isn't as confident in beating Manny, but he would fight him nonetheless, but the biggest baracade to the fight being isn't the stadium being built, blood testing or whatever, it's the Floyd-Bob feud that's been going on since Floyd left Bob, and you can't really blame him, Cotto left Bob and is doing great on his own, so is Floyd, it's a shame both sides can't put aside their differences and make the fight, because despite both guys ageing, it's still one of the most anticipaated matchups in the sport

Floyd was able to fend for himself because he started a minority-owned company (lots of tax breaks) and hired Harvard economics grad by the name of Al Haymon.
