Louis by early/middle rounds stoppage. I think,though,it would be more competitive than most think for a while. Floyd's speed would trouble Joe for a couple of rounds.
In the best scene Floyd comes out fast and Joe slow, a little like in the Braddock fight, allowing Floyd to outbox and maybe stun Joe a little with a quick left hook over the first two rounds. By the third though the Louis artillery would be at all guns and with one or two knockdowns we all know it would be a ko.
