Pac's head probably weighs twice as much as Mayweather's. Take away that thirty pound head and Pac is a featherweight.

 

Even knocking Cotto down isn't proof that Pac is a puncher. He is fast and has short arms that get to the target quicker. If you get in a wild exchange with Pac he can nail you as you're delivering your own punch and that is one of the worst shots the a boxer can take.

I'm not sayin Pacquiao is pillow fisted but I'm just backing up Pacquiao from all the people questioning where this god like power went, in my opinion it was never there. You don't need power to score knockdowns you need good boxing, or else Cotto wouldn't have knocked Clottey with a jab.

 

Barrera2X, Morales3X, Marquez4X, Cotto, Bradley2X, Hatton, Clottey, Dela Hoya, Sasakul, Margarito, Ledwaba, it doesn't sound like a weak opposition. Pacquiao was fighting featherweights when it was hot and welterweights when it was hot and Mayweather retired.

 

Mayweather is not a torch bearer if he does not fight the best, and I still think he beats Manny, but a guy who says he is the best cannot call himself that and not fight Manny Pacman.

Rios and Bradley have proven to have some of the very best chins in boxing. Some people just dont get KOed. Cotto is a far better fighter overall than Rios, but that doesnt mean Rios doesnt have the much better chin.
