Do you have any insight, Dino, why nobody takes you seriously on here ? Or are you still drunk from last night ?
Tucker was very competitive with Tyson. 80s Tyson was one of the best fighters that ever lived. Vitali was very competitive with Chisora. Case closed.
You mean that he actually managed to finish the fight on his feet! That makes him at least as great at Tex Cobb against Larry Holmes!
Tucker survived Tyson but did so primarily by playing it safe. He did manage to win 3 rounds but I don't know how competitive I'd call that. As for the injured hand issue, I would have liked to have seen him fight Mike with both of his fists healthy, but weather or not the claim was even valid is in question. Tyson was Don King's meal ticket.. Tucker wasn't. I think we can all basically read between the line there.
Here is Wlad fighting at 220. Doesnt look too bad to me. http://boxrec.com/media/index.php?title=Fight:11133
Yeah, when Vitali was 41 years old he almost shut out a 28 year old Chisora. When Tony was 40 he was getting stopped by John Ruiz.
Vitali was seen as unbeatable by his contemporaries before he got bullied around by Chisora. When Toney was 40 he was having a near cake walk with Peters who had Wlad running and surviving for dear life.
Haha, I walked into that. But how many great fighters beat their best foes in their final year or so after such a long time at the top? Unusual. Lewis got better and better even as he aged? Or was the oposition thinning out at the same time? Was Lewis so conclusive beating Holyfeild compared with how Bowe and even Moorer beat the younger version? Come to think of it Ruddock and Bruno were better than Tua.
:rofl:rofl:rofl You're a complete f ckin' twit, lad. bullied ? At 41, with a damaged hand he beat the **** out of Chisora, using one hand. A near shut-out. You're even more of a spastic than I thought possible. You can't follow the f uckin plot at all, can you ? Seamus stated: in reference to the subject at hand, Tony fuc kin Tucker, you imbecille ! You come back with some irrelevant shyte about James Toney (erroneous shyte, as it happens). Wrong fuc kin' Ton(e)y, ****-for-brains You've gotten no better than when you self-owned your ill-informed ass by mixing up the Walcotts a while back on the classic http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?p=14799015&highlight=walcott#post14799015
