LOL, Floyd didn't force ****, and even if he did what's wrong with that since the fight was still at LMW and everyone said at that weight Canelo was too young, too fast, too big and too strong? I guess ya'll must have forgot that. :patsch

Khan doesn't have the skills or smarts to be successful for more than 2 or 3 rounds.

After Floyd makes his initial adjustments, Khan won't be able to readjust. He lacks much beyond speed, heart, and a nice jab at the world class level. Floyd had edges in skills, adaptablity, instincts, and intelligence. BIG advantages.

No chance at all seems to be the consensus so far sad for the fans

He can't because you can never pit those two same people in the same ring, so whatever he says is based solely on his opinion. I've seen plenty of fights especially the 80's and to say these two do not belong up there is ridiculous.

Both guys are somewhere around 20 years into their pro careers and are still competing at the highest level. To say they don't belong in the top 10 is insane.

No chance. Floyd has never wanted any part of Pac.

you could argue he fought through more weights with a better resume, floyds refusal to fight pac and the fact pac has took on all comers and taken fights even when hes been the under dog will always work in his favour.ive got no doubt mayweather could clean out the middleweight division,if he had pacs mentality he would.instead of pushing himself to his absolute limit and maybe risk a loss he has stayed at ww/lm.if he pushed himself to his limits i think he could push to arguably top 5 atg

a cotto that was well past it, and who's best win is Mosley - a good but not great boxer? and neither guy dominated Cotto the way Joe dominated Schmeling. Don't forget that Floyds cotto lost to B level trout in the very next fight

Yes, Joe did lose to Schmeling but that was well before Joe reached his prime

It's about styles. Unlike Floyd, Pac didn't have a HOF trainer training him since he could walk and wasn't groomed through the amateurs. He turned pro early and would naturally be rough around the edges. He also wasn't born to be a slickster given that his asset specially in his younger years were power, tenacity and stamina.

Floyd has always been the favorite against Pac, in my opinion. Against prime Pac, the odds would have been very close and it would have been a tough fight for Floyd and a great fight for fans. Today, I'd give Pac almost no chance to win. His volume and activity levels are simply too low to trouble Floyd, and his footwork isn't quite as dazzling, and because of this, Floyd would be able to time Pac more consistently.

I wouldnt be surprised if 10-20 years from now they are in the top 10. Many lists have Duran and SRL in the top 10 all time, during their time not many did, and if you compare their resumes you will see they aren't far apart at all.

  15. Mayweather would OUTBOX Pacquiao. No description needed.
