    This might be one of the greatest wins of all time if Canelo keeps winning.

    Floyd practically shut him out 12-0, 11-1 by any non biased observer.

    If Canelo beats Lara as well, wow what a win by Mr.Mayweather.

    It's funny how no one in Team Canelo or Golden Boy said anything about being drained.. The only people I hear say he was drained are people who discredit Floyd.. If he weighed too much to fight Floyd, he should move up..

    What's also funny is that you complain about Marquez going up I'm weight to fight Floyd, but Floyd would have been more 'drained' than Canelo going from 147 to 144.. Who cares about that though...

    Canelo couldn't even make 154 in his last fight. Imagine how hard it was for him to make 152.

    Canelo was/is green. He's 23 and his next best win after Trout was against a retired Mosley. AND the fight was at a catchweight. Good win, not great.

    Mayweather - Alvarez 152 pounds and then a fight after that Alvarez couldn't even make 154 pounds and then made Angulo sign a new contract for the weigh in to be at 155, Alvarez was a zombie against Mayweather.

    No it doesnt actually.

    Cotto - was arguably in his prime. A powerhouse that got destroyed. Not beaten. Destroyed.

    Alvarez - an up and coming pro with a lot of experience against lesser opponents. Very green at the Elite level.

    Now what is common about these fighters? Drained, yes.
    Now what is different about these fighters? Alvarez, green. Cotto, made Floyd shake in his boots in his prime.

    Differences

    - Pacquiao destroyed a great fighter.
    - Mayweather outclassed and taught a green up and comer how to box.

    From memory, a certain fighter was very aware of how well Pacquiao did against a great fighter in Miguel Cotto at that time. Also from memory, that fighter then accused this boxer of taking PED's as no natural boxer could be that great? huh? remember that?
