Just noticed last night that Timbo's punches even having it landed on pacquiao's forearms i saw manny's gloves bouncing off on his own face, i mean tim's punches having more pop last night than any other fights he had. Any thoughts on how much did tim weigh last night? And any method or exercise you guys can recommend for me to perform to increase my power? I just started training in a boxing gym last week, and planning to increase my power. thanks.

To increase your power, take PEDs, AKA a vegan diet.

Explosive movement/strength training. Marquez showed alot of that training for the 4th pacquiao fight.

Especially at the 5:45 mark, you can see what that really helped out with against pacquiao.

No it increases. It's Basic concept of resistance training for speed. Boxers use that drill often. Doesn't have to be heavy. 5-8 kilos of weight per hand

"We thought he was going to box us. We didn't think he was going to come looking for the homerun all night long, and he had some success with that...a overhand right in the 4th round, he hurt Manny, but then he was swinging so hard with the big shots, by the 6th round, he started to get tired and I thought from 6 on, we just dominated the fight,"

at round 3 or 4 when tim started to box the body, i believe bradley having success with those body shots, he suddenly stopped. had he continue doing it, Manny would've gassed. seen manny getting hurt with those body shots, but he lost his patience always looked for a haymaker for the latter rounds.

Learn technique first. Hot the bags, get your technique down.

You can work on strength and explosiveness, when you know how to punch.

Literally, Tim has some of the worst technique for power generation that I've seen. He shouldn't have been trying to be something he's not. Out-point and outlast. That's Tim's game.

Tims a slightly above average fighter but with supreme conditioning. Through endurance he'll outlast an opponent..... Usually. He was very off balance for many of his combos, wild air swings and most importantly he wasn't working off a jab to break mannys rhythm. His increased punching power wasn't troubling manny. Manny was just cautious of it to avoid another Marquez situation
