Honestly forget that question the real question is what makes a good win it seems for Pac its all about the name it don't matter what they were doing at the time if they were losing or not all that matters is the name no one else gets that kind of leeway if Broner's next three opponents were vs guys who just got beaten up or KO'd he'd be crowned hype job of the century

Still, it's Pacquiao who signed with Arum and it's his job to find him opponents and promote his fights. Whether he's the boss or not means nothing in this discussion.
