I haven't heard of him being caught using, but of those on the list, he was the smallest having moved up.
Still, I think Holyfield was just one of those strong;y built Georgia guys who was uniquely able to make the transition to HW.

 

He was a user, and I am sure still is. Look, everyone in boxing at a certain level starts using hgh, testosterone, etc. Its undetectable and the fighters will never confess. One just has to be in the sport yourself to know it, casuals like you would think Holyfield is all natural.

Personally, I disagree. There are some, like Mayweather, Hopkins, Bowe, Foreman and Holmes who don't/didn't need them.
I think those who lack natural gifts and abilities are more apt to take them and then assume or announce that everyone else does it too. :yep

They were all bigtime users. Some of the other more noteable users from the era were Tyson, Ibeabuchi, Briggs, Golota and Morrison.

I am of the strong opinion that the Nevada commission does not even test Floyd anymore. They got tired of covering up his positive tests so they just go through the motions to keep up appearances like he is subject to the same scrutiny and rules as everyone else but he is not.
