So when they meet, I say WHEN, not IF because it will happen. Whoever wins that will be 147 Lineal Champ.

 

Every fighter and every fight makes or has certain demands ..But some demands are unreasonable like

Extra drug testing because of speculation to be administered by the lab of a certain fighters choice

Leave your promoter because a certain fighters feels a certain way

in the 09-10 era, pac was A and FMJ was B since he just got out of retirement... now FMJ is A and pac is the B side and thus pac is trying to agree with the demands, except the bs 40 mil offer which i think is a low ball

 

SO he was doing AS MANY, and still had demands. Was Pac in a position to demand the weight penalty? Or does demands only go on 1 way?

Weight penalty is a negotiating tactic that Arum uses he used the same tactic when he was negotiating Floyd's fight with Wright ..That was all Arum

 

Testing was requested because Team Mayweather obviously has suspicions, however its not till after Manny refused that the accusations and media hype began, initially Roach would say in interviews we'll take whatever tests out there and then later retracted the statements after Manny got to talking about fear of needles, superstitions, blood make him weak, need cutoff dates, etc... could Floyd have predicted they would react like that? Team Pac could of just signed the contract and the scared Mayweather would of had to fight him, right?

 

I'm not sure that was a demand at all.
