Hey if Manny wasn't tested for any fights I would agree but he was tested and had agreed to normal testing it was the extra testing that was the issue and had no reason to be implimented other than that the Mayweathers accusations of steroids and a side meth that of which has not been proven that it even exists ..Unless your name is Roger Mayweather who knows for certain that Manny was on it .
