Because they're not actually boxing fans but rather *******s they don't care that random drug testing is good for the sport. If Pac's against it they're against it.:deal

You don't release medical records dummy. They're private no one can release your medical records without your permission. Unless you're involved in some sort of crime like knowingly passing HIV to someone when you know you're positive.

    It really is this simple.

I don't know why others seek other reasons.

If that's the case, then Pac really didn't want the fight to begin with. No one else would have done the dump **** that he did. A man off the street would of fought Floyd for that type of money, drug test and all. Either way that move is going to haunt him when ever his name is mention.

Mayweather got sued for implying that Pac was on PEDs and to this day people say Pac was taking them, even though Mayweather has been linked to them himself. There's no evidence, only that Pacs team while negotiating turned downs Floyds initial demands of Olympic style drug testing, which they later agreed to. They wanted Floyd to agree to their demands and not accept his as a way of saying Pac is the biggest guy in boxing. It's what Floyd does in all his fights now.

$40m is a fraction of what Floyd would make in the biggest PPV of all time and as they were both equal draws at the time so they felt it was unfair, if $40m was offered now I'm sure they'd take it because Pacs status has declined whilst Floyd is as big as ever.

I think they both wanted the fight at first but now it's clear Mayweather doesn't. Since 2010 onwards during interviews when he's asked about fighting Pac he always has a reason to why he doesn't want to fight him. If Pacs team swallowed their pride back in 2009 and accepted that at the time Floyd is equal or maybe bigger and accepted his demands it would have happened, but they were playing stupid games trying to make Floyd feel small. Now I think the only thing stopping it from happening is Floyds ego, he loves being on top still and seeing Pac fall and he still makes a shitload of cash no matter who he fights, even breaking PPV records.
