Cotto was so damaged that Pac would not even agree to fight him @ 152, forget 154. Floyd fought the Cotto that Pac ducked!

Found this little article here sums the *****s up nicely ! I think I will make this a sticky !

I 100% would say Pacquiao was being a knobhead if he was required to submit to OSDT in every fight but wouldnt do so, as it stands though he has submitted to every test asked for during his career except one asked for by Mayweather who in all honesty had no right to do so.Most of the talk of testing has come from the fact that he didnt to submit to something that Floyd Mayweather wanted, not what the boxing authorities wanted.

In order to be fair I would like all boxers tested for absolutely everything (xylocaine as well so Floyd can prove he doesnt use it) using the same tests in each country and each state and for each fighter.

Mayweather in no way is advocating it for the better of boxing, just for himself. After his whole talk of trying to clean up boxing he gave a payday to Mosley who was a known steroid user and didnt even have OSDT on the undercards of that fight and then retired (retired at the time). I dont think you can call Mayweather an advocate for cleaning up boxing based on this.

I don't think we boxing fans have the complete picture of what exactly happend during the negotiations. I have a hard time believing Roach would throw Manny under the bus like that.

First of all bro, 18 month retirement is not 2 years.. The Marquez fight was confirmed 18 months after the 'retirement'.. He fought once a year anyway so he missed one fight.. He then came back and fought a top p4p with no tune up..

Floyd beat the #1 ww when he fought Mosley, Floyd beat the #1 jmw when he fought Cotto, and Floyd fought the #1 jmw when he fought Canelo Alvarez.. All cherry picks...

They released all the testing dates as well as the results. If you're saying there were additional tests, then that clearly would be against protocol. You're basically saying Mayweather needs to prove that there weren't off the book tests taken. That's ridiculous.

We do know that Roach said random drug testing wouldn't be an issue only to change their stance. We do know PBF offered 14 days and Pac turned him down went off to fight Clottey only to agree to random testing up to the fight to fight Rios.

urine test all the way to fight day, 3 blood test, one of which will be right after the fight.

with that...in your adult and objective mind, do you think pac was not willing to be tested???? :think

If the roles had been reversed, Mayweather would of been slaughtered.

Manny was lucky he was seen as "the good guy" by alot of the general public
