He needs to stay retired, sucks that he had to do so on a bit of a low, but he still had a good career.
It is so difficult not to question everything that he says. If even half of what he said about his shoulder was true, he really must have done a number on it. Now he is eating a clean diet???
Heavyweight division has been low on hot air since haye's retirement. Honestly as much as he fought the division is better off without him
This. Sounds like he's been reading some new age nutritionist BS. Which is surprising considering he has a science background. Don't you think protein is important? He said no animal products, which I assume means dairy, eggs etc. as well. David Haye is a big guy with a lot of muscle mass, his requirements would be high. During tissue repair it becomes even more important, if he comes back from doing this then expect him to be a weak version of what he was.
You can obtain protein without consuming dead flesh. Or, you can obtain it from consuming live flesh. Sushi for example. There are some plants that contain as much protein as steak, but with more vitamins, minerals and amino acids than meat. These plants aren't common knowledge to European and easterners though. The largest animal in the jungle are Apes, Gorillas, Elephants. All of them are vegetarians. So how they get so large, and strong while not eating meat? In the sea, what kills flesh eating sharks? Whales. Vegetarians. :yep This is why I would never and have never been tempted to take Steroids or any other man-made PED. The people that make them do not understand the trade-offs involved.
exciting puncher, about it. would probably lose to a few heavies even now, isnt even no.2 in the division imo, pulev would do him.
boxing needs him? :rofl:rofl:rofl he didnt do jack shi.t in the last 6 years but sit on his ass or take mismatches the guy is an ass clown, good riddance :hi:
