Here is the article on the bleecher report before Manny's 4th fight w/ Marquez

Eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao has finally agreed to everything Floyd Mayweather Jr. wants in order to make what seems to be the biggest and most lucrative fight in boxing history.

One of the major conditions demanded by Mayweather during the early stage of negotiations almost three years ago was the Olympic-style drug test (OSDT), which required Pacquiao to submit to a random drug test all the way up to the day of the fight.

Mayweather believed Pacquiao was taking performance enhancing drugs which gave him an added advantage over his opponents during his previous fights.

In order to come to an agreement, Pacquiao offered a 14-day drug testing window, saying he feels weak when blood is taken from his body and would need a few days to recover.

Mayweather balked at Pacquiao's offer and after weeks and months of negotiations, Pacquiao relented and changed his offer to seven days.

Still, Mayweather continued to criticize Pacquiao for his refusal to join him in what he called an action necessary to clean the sport of boxing.

In his desire to give boxing fans the fight they have long wanted to see, Pacquiao finally decided to agree on Mayweather's demand without pre-conditions.

Now again who said no to what ?:hi:

depends on what your definition of "tests" is, testing with a 14 day cutoff apparently defined "tests" back in 2009 , but now it does not. this is all old ****, floyd never signed a contract in 2009, still hasn't. floyd could have signed on for the 24 day cutoff and his fans wouldn't have given a ****, his fans don't actually care about this ****.

    :deal THIS.

Everytime there is a poll on who is to blame or who is ducking it's always Mayweather on top.

Then the thread will be moved to ''whine about mayweather-pacquiao''.

What the hell are you talking about? Pac agreed to 14, and not only that, he was willing to be fully tested immediately after the fight since day one.

How many sources do I need to post before it gets inside your delusional and biased ***** head? I know you wanted to see Bradley win this past weekend, but learn to control your anger. :verysad

Roach is saying this now so that Mayweather fights Pacquiao.... It's called reverse psychology.

Everyone knows Mayweather is ducking Pacquiao. If Arum was the Issue why the hell did Mayweather OFFER Pacquiao Drug Testing and & $40 million?

I thought Mayweather doesn't want to fight Pacquiao if he is still with Arum?

    and now...........

    Floyd Mayweather:

"The only way he's getting the fight with me is if he signs with Mayweather Promotions. He's got to give me fights with Mayweather Promotions. If he don't give me no fights under Mayweather Promotions, then he's not getting the fight''.

    Mayweather keep ducking

Bleacher report is bull**** and can be basically written by anyone. The neutral judge released his findings and pbf wanted 14 days Pac said no and went on to fight clottey. Not only that but you have roach saying it was their fault the negotiations fell through but yours still at it spining you're pathetic.
Why are you not outraged about Pac asking Rios for testing? Lmfao
