The problem is that Manny and his team already rejected at least one Mayweather offer and Bob Arum only wants his fighters to fight other Top Rank fighters mainly because he's a massive elephant vagina. It's hard to do deals with the vaginas of elephants so until Manny crawls out of that damp cave the fight will never happen.

anyhoo...about the 14 day thing. It's widely known that Floyd offered the 14 day cut off when the mediator was there. Pac's camp up and left and fought Clottey.
Floyd fights Shane and states there's no more cut off. It's up to the fight testing or no fight. Pac then comes back and says he accepts the 14 day cut off. That's great and all but why the hell didn't he do that in the first place?

You can't 'accept' something that is no longer offered.

and then word spreads that he's accepted up to the fight testing without a cut off date only to have Konz on 24/7 state that they only accepted up to 7 days.

Then around the 4th JMM fight, he stated he's willing to be tested up to the fight if needed.

Here's what I don't get. I honestly would LOVE to see the fight but why is the onus on Floyd to make the fight happen? Why does he need to give Pac the time and day? The same Pacquiao that left the negotiation table to fight Clottey, the same Pacquiao that hung up on him instead of hammering out something they can both agree with, the same Pacquiao who sue'd Floyd. Pacquiao had 2 legit chances to fight Floyd and that was post Floyd/JMM and post Pac/JMM 3 where his cut supposedly needed extra time to heal if he was fighting Floyd. Although if he was fighting JMM, it would have healed in time for a May 5th bout...Bob needed to build a stadium...not enough time to build up the fight (for fukc's sake, the fight was building up for YEARS)
